Ingram Content Group (ICG) is on the lookout for a dynamic Project Manager to join our innovative team in La Vergne, TN. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage digital services projects from start to finish, driving efficiencies and improvements across the board. As a key player in our team, you will support cross-functional initiatives that make a real impact on our digital business.
In this role, you will be the primary liaison between the Digital Services team and various cross-functional teams, with a special focus on product and data services. You will work closely with product, sales, and management teams to ensure that key projects are completed on time and exceed stakeholder expectations.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or directly related year for year experience.
- 3 years’ experience leading projects, managing internal and external business relationships
Preferred Qualifications:
- Book industry background or experience
- Technology background or experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Leads project management and support for CoreSource, supporting new cross-functional initiatives, and the development of reporting metrics, to drive efficiencies and improvements.
- Looks to improve and simplify the operational systems, process, and policies in support of the company strategic initiatives and goals
- Facilitates and manages CS projects including projects touching the distribution business, finance, IT, Ops, LS, Marketing, and Digital.
- Oversees process management and system improvement projects working with Sales, IT, and other CS departments.
- Conducts regular updates with clients and internal associates to ensure deadlines and timelines are met.
- Weekly project updates to the Sr. Manager, Digital Solutions.
- Attends Team Meetings on a weekly basis and report on key projects and Integrations.
- Manages project budgets, ensuring cost controls and fiscal policies are adhered to company standards.
- Ensures client needs are met inter-departmentally. Involves communicating project objectives, risks, and opportunities in a clear and concise matter.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, seeing feedback from stakeholders and team members to identify areas for enhancement. This may involve implementing process improvements, adopting new tools or technologies, and sharing best practices across teams.
Hiring Salary Range: $72,895k - $92,168k. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. It will be determined by factors including but not limited to: the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geographic location, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
