Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team! The ideal candidate is a recent college graduate with a passion for technology and project management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Requirements Communication: Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the development team, translating business requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications.
• JIRA Board Management: Maintain and update the JIRA board, ensuring all tasks, stories, and epics are properly categorized, prioritized, and tracked throughout the project lifecycle.
• Daily Meetings: Attend and actively participate in daily stand-up meetings, ensuring that any blockers are identified and addressed promptly, and that team progress is communicated effectively.
• Project Coordination: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of projects, ensuring that deadlines are met, and any risks are identified early.
• Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, including progress, risks, and any changes in scope or timelines.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve project management processes and practices, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement within the team.

Desires Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
•  Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of software development processes.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Proactive problem-solving abilities and a willingness to learn.
• A basic understanding of SCRUM and Agile Methodologies.  

This position has a base compensation package offered at $85,000 commensurate with education and background experience.
