Job Description
ROLE PURPOSE:
Run and manage Geotechnical projects and site engineering studies project on a day-to-day basis.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Hands on, day to day project management of geotechnical projects.
- Establish, implement, and manage the schedule, scope of work and cost estimation cash flow and invoicing.
- Assist the Project Director in establishing and implementing the project plan, priorities and working objectives.
- Actively participate and contribute to the project staffing and budget planning.
- Liaise with client stakeholders and focal point between ASR technical team and client technical team.
- Responsible for progress, baselines, KPI and other reports for ASR management and the client
- Resource allocation and manpower coordination.
- Provide guidance, direction, and specialized assistance to projects for the resolution of difficult and complex project controls issues.
- Manage the process of monitoring ongoing projects and provides input and feedback on rectifying challenges or deviations conducted by private contractors.
- Assist in establishing, implementing, monitoring, and enforcing project goals, objectives, and procedures.
- Sets project schedules for internal purposes, coordinate communication efforts with various technical affairs department, and advise departments of any overlaps in schedules and provide input and feedback to rectify deviations.
- Ensure that quality control procedures are established and applied throughout project stages.
- Perform project cost control operations on the planned projects.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- BSc Degree in Civil / Geotechnical engineering another closely related field
Affiliations:
- Saudi Council of Engineers
- Project Management Certificate PMP is an asset.
Years of Experience/ Sector
- More than 10 years in project management for Geotechnical and construction projects and large international or high tier Engineering & Design environment or EPC firm
- Large Experience in Geotechnical activities
- Experience with cost control tools and techniques, cash flow and cost analysis
- Previous experience in the middle east is mandatory.
Job-Specific Skills: (Example- Analytical skills, Auto CAD, STAAD.Pro software skills etc.)
- Comfortable with travelling project needed.
- Fluent in English both reading and writing.
- Arabic language is an asset.

Additional Information
**Security clearance**
This role requires the successful candidate to hold a minimum of a Security Check (SC) clearance without any caveats to that clearance.
Due to the nature of work this role will be delivering and for the protection of certain assets, the successful candidate has to be a UK national or in MoD approved cases a Dual National from a non-ITAR country.
