Project Manager

Job Description:

Workhuman is currently looking for a Project Manager to support External Communications. In this role, you will manage the workflow and process of projects for Analyst Relations and PR. You will own external relationships, define the scope of work, project goals and schedules working in concert with our VP, Communications, Stakeholders and Project Owners

**This is a hybrid role requiring at least 3 days per week onsite in our (brand new!) office in Framingham, MA.**

Responsibilities:

• Provide the Marketing Communications organization with reporting on day-to-day operations.

• Anticipate and respond to needs and requests from stakeholders - manage any subsequent change requests, including impact to timelines and project logistics.

• Ensure all projects are on schedule - Build, maintain, prioritize and adjust timelines to ensure successful and timely delivery.

• Project request intake, prioritization and timelines including project plans and resources.

• Regularly evaluate and communicate status of ongoing projects, identify any bottlenecks or risks, and manage expectations as needed.

• Forecast and plan business needs to support resources.

• Document and consolidate feedback.

• Lead consistency in operations from project input through production.

• Reporting to validate ROI and success.

Skills/Experience:

• Master of project management tools (Asana) to create meaningful data that helps drive business decisions.

• 3+ years in Project Manager of digital marketing role, preferably in a marketing agency or an in-house agency for B2B SaaS

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail while operating under tight and competing deadlines; ability to prioritize work.

• Creative, strategic and analytical thinker; ability to think through multiple options and proactively present ideas.

• Great communication and interpersonal skills; ability to facilitate teams and exert influence when needed.

• Resilient, collaborative, flexible, innovative.

• A confident and proactive self-starter with a passion for learning, problem solving, and making data-driven decisions.
