Project Manager
About the role:
As a Project Manager at eService you will have an opportunity to work on technologies and solutions in the payments area. We are looking for someone, who will be people and client-oriented. By managing end to end projects, you will have the main role in delivering high-quality value to our clients and work mates from eService and whole EVO Payments group, which we are part of.
Be a part of our team in which you will :
- Prepare, plan and supervise over the implementation of projects
- Create timetables of projects
- Ensure a project is delivered on time, in quality and budget
- Manage and motivate the project team to take ownership by every member
- Identify and manage of risks and dependencies
- Implement and verify of measurable qualitative and quantitative project metrics
- Determine and assigning roles and responsibilities to individual project team members
- Regular report of the progress of works according to the requirements of the Project Portfolio Management Office (also delaying projects)
- Supervision over project costs in accordance with the defined budget
What you need to be successful:
- Higher education (preferred faculties: sciences, economics, econometrics, finance, IT, software engineering)
- Experience as a project manager within 3-4 years
- Understanding of technical issues
- Excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken.
- Practical knowledge of PMBoK, Prince2 as well as Agile methodologies
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams of 5-15 people
- Experience in conducting projects within a budget of 100k - 1 million PLN
- Effectively manage expectations of internal and external stakeholders at various levels,
- Being ready to take ownership to drive success within projects,
- Successfully managing risks within the projects
- Detail-oriented with experience in analysing, problem-solving and documenting complex business processes
It's good if additionally:
- You know payments industry with emphasis on transaction acquiring and processing, regulations and requirements of payment organisations (VISA, MasterCard and others)
- You have an experience in M&A and further integration projects on process and technology level (sales, customer on-boarding, core platforms integrations, financial systems and processes integrations)
- You have Lean Six Sigma certification
