Project Manager

LegalMatch is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead our team and oversee projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and resource allocation plans.
• Conduct project status meetings and provide regular project updates.
• Build and help to standardize business reporting for strategic analysis and internal business review.
• Provide recommendations and take actions based on strategic objectives, forecast or performance metrics.
• Assist with Salesforce administration and project prioritization.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
• At least 2 years of project management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Analytical and demonstrated ability to extract key business insights through data analysis
• Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project or similar software.
• Experience working with an overseas team is a plus
