We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager who will be focused on managing projects for our Arch Collaborative.
As Project Manager, you will utilize your exceptional organizational skills to ensure all projects and tasks are documented, completed on time, and within budget.
What you’ll do:
- Triage all incoming project scheduling requests, assigning projects to the appropriate team members, and developing project timelines for on-time, on-budget completion.
- Proactively communicate project statuses, remove barriers, and ensure smooth progression of projects.
- Analyze project outcomes and effectiveness to understand future project strategies
- Facilitate collaboration between internal and external stakeholders to enable successful execution of projects.
- Support and collaborate with other Revenue Operations project managers for cross-functional coverage and project needs
- Ensure tool development for capacity management and project tracking are progressing through strong connections with systems engineers.
- Maintain reporting needed for Arch Collaborative and Revenue Operations delivery leadership

- High degree of professionalism and the ability to anticipate needs.
- Strategic mindset, with the ability to work independently. This role has a high degree of autonomy once training is complete, it is expected that this individual will look for ways to improve upon existing processes and develop new ones.
- Excellent critical thinking, decision-making, and the ability to hold crucial conversations.
- Ability to develop a deep understanding of company function, vision, Arch and Revenue Operations team needs.
Experience & Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant project management experience
- Relevant certifications and experience may also be considered.
- Healthcare experience or knowledge is a plus.
- Knowledge of Salesforce and Jira tools are a plus.

KLAS Research has a hybrid work policy to allow team members to work both remotely and in the office. This flexible approach provides team members with a balance between in-person collaboration and remote work autonomy. Hybrid work is defined as two full days expected in-office.
