Project Manager

Rick Scott Construction, Inc is looking for a project manager to join our team. We have offices in Ponca City, Tulsa, and Oklahoma City. This person will lead the successful planning, scheduling, directing, and coordination of activities of assigned projects to ensure that those projects are completed with the level of quality specified, on time and on budget, all adhering to safety standards and customer satisfaction,

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent time-management and problem-solving abilities who thrives in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver on-time, in-budget projects - Execute projects within the intended scope, timeframe and funds.
• Communicate with clients - Drive contact with clients throughout the project to understand/set expectations, establish timelines and grow the relationship.
• Manage resources - Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to identify and allocate the necessary resources for each project.
• Develop project plans - Create detailed schedule for each project to outline execution strategy including objectives and cost.
• Track and communicate progress - Measure performance for presentation to clients and internal leadership.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in project management
• OSHA 30 Certification preferred
• Extensive knowledge of construction methods and materials, technology, costing, scheduling, and estimating preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communications
• Strong computer skills with Windows based applications such as Word, Excel, and Project
• Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships with owners, architects, subcontractors, vendors, and co-workers
• Ability to multitask and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Ability to apply mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations
