Aya Healthcare is seeking an experienced Workday Consultant to be a Project Manager for implementing Workday’s Payroll, Talent Management, Benefits, and HRIS modules for a diverse workforce of over 40,000 employees. This role will collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and ensure a seamless implementation that remains on schedule. Additionally, the Project Manager will partner closely with external vendors, including our implementation partner to achieve successful project outcomes.
This role is intended to last 12-14 months. This position can be remote with PST, MST, or CST working hours.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work with other stakeholders on the implementation of Workday modules, ensuring alignment with Aya’s strategic objectives across HR technology, employee experience, business processes, data strategy, finance, payroll, benefits, talent management, and service delivery,
- Act as Aya’s Workday subject matter expert, providing guidance on best practices, system configuration, and optimization.
- Partner with key stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and priorities, ensuring project milestones are met.
- Collaborate with implementation partners to ensure a seamless Workday rollout.
- Develop user training materials and conduct training sessions for end-users.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues during testing.
- Establish and manage governance frameworks for ongoing system maintenance and enhancements.
- Serve as an advocate and trusted advisor, ensuring Workday delivers value across the organization.
- Assist with documentation, collateral creation, configuration, scheduling coordination, and prioritization of workstreams.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of Workday functional implementation experience, with expertise in HCM and related modules (Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Compensation, etc.).
- Workday certification required.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Strong consulting skills with the ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive timely results.
- Ability to influence a wide range of stakeholders, including technical teams, HR leaders, and business executives.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate challenges and proactively address them.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

COMPENSATION: Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be $100,000 to $150,000 annually.
The pay scale for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience outside of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position. Bonuses are subject to the role and your manager’s discretion.
