Opportunity Overview:
Ryder Supply Chain Technology Team is seeking a highly capable and driven Project Manager to join our growing, transformation-focused delivery team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and is eager to grow into a senior leadership path.
The role is first and foremost a Project Manager position—owning planning, delivery, and coordination of Supply Chain Technology Solution Implementations, primarily Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementations. But what makes this opportunity unique is the potential to evolve into a Solution Leader role—owning not just the execution, but also the design and direction of the overall Technology Solution.
We’re looking for someone who has strong project management credentials, but who also understands the warehouse and IT solution space deeply enough to step into a broader leadership function when needed.

Abilities:
· Project Management experience specifically within Supply Chain/ Distribution Management space
· Experience leading WMS implementation projects with Tier 1 WMS (e.g. Manhattan SCALE)
· Experience working with Project Management tools such as ADO, ServiceNow, MS Project
· Strong experience managing project finances and overall budget
· Excellent communication, ability to work seamlessly across both technical and non-technical teams, and flex on communication styles to cater to both executive-level and team-level audiences
· Strong executive presence, attention to detail and risk management, change management and security considerations
· Go-getter mentality, someone who takes initiative and will hit the ground running – strong leadership skills
Plusses (not required):
· Experience with Manhattan Scale WMS
· PMP or other similar certifications
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required Business, Engineering, Supply Chain or minimum of 8 years relevant work experience

Five (5) years or more related experience in Project Management required

Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Certified Six Sigma Green Belt

Compensation Information:
The compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s relevant experience; education, including relevant degrees or certifications; work location; market data/ranges; internal equity; internal salary ranges; etc. The position may also be eligible to receive an annual bonus, commission, and/or long-term incentive plan based on the level and/or type. Compensation ranges for the position are below:

$120,000.00
Maximum Pay Range:
$135,000.00
