Opportunity Overview:

Ryder Supply Chain Technology Team is seeking a highly capable and driven Project Manager to join our growing, transformation-focused delivery team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and is eager to grow into a senior leadership path.

The role is first and foremost a Project Manager position—owning planning, delivery, and coordination of Supply Chain Technology Solution Implementations, primarily Warehouse Management System (WMS) implementations. But what makes this opportunity unique is the potential to evolve into a Solution Leader role—owning not just the execution, but also the design and direction of the overall Technology Solution.

This is a career-defining opportunity to join a team at Ryder in the center of enterprise transformation and make a visible impact.

Opportunity-Fit General Criteria:

·       You’re a true project manager—organized, dependable, and outcome-oriented

·       You’ve also got the strategic thinking and solution awareness to step into a broader leadership role

·       You’re a builder—of process, capability, and culture

·       You thrive in change, love taking ownership, and are ready to grow fast

·       You’re looking for more than just your next role — you’re looking for a meaningful career path.

Abilities:

·       Project Management experience specifically within Supply Chain/ Distribution Management space

·       Experience leading WMS implementation projects with Tier 1 WMS (e.g. Manhattan SCALE)

·       Experience working with Project Management tools such as ADO, ServiceNow, MS Project

·       Strong experience managing project finances and overall budget

·       Excellent communication, ability to work seamlessly across both technical and non-technical teams, and flex on communication styles to cater to both executive-level and team-level audiences

·       Strong executive presence, attention to detail and risk management, change management and security considerations

·       Go-getter mentality, someone who takes initiative and will hit the ground running – strong leadership skills

Plusses (not required):

·       Experience with Manhattan Scale WMS

·       PMP or other similar certifications
