Job Description SummaryAs a Project Manager, you will coordinate the development of Virtual Machines and Multimedia assets. The Virtual Machines are developed to emulate the software on GE HealthCare medical devices and the Multimedia assets comprise of Virtual Hands-On content videography, and Virtual / Augmented Reality. These assets are utilized as part of our training curriculum for both clinicians and field service engineers.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, strong leadership and communication skills, a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle for the development of Virtual Machines and Multimedia assets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Instructional Designers, multimedia developers, modality Engineering, and IT specialists, to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Implement Agile methodologies to enhance project efficiency and adaptability.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure all multimedia content meets quality standards and aligns with training objectives.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage project budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources

Required Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Computer Science, Graphic Design, Instructional Design, or a related field; or 8 years of relevant experience
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management, preferably in technical training, multimedia development, or IT.
  • Understanding of Virtual Machines, Virtual Hands-On content, Videography, and Virtual / Augmented Reality.
  • Proven experience with Agile project management methodologies.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools such as Rally.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
