Responsibilities

• Project Management:
• Plan and execute software development projects focused on insurance solutions.
• Oversee product delivery, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and business analysts.
• Process and Project Definition:
• Develop and define clear processes and workflows for project execution.
• Create flowcharts and process maps to ensure clarity and effective execution of projects.
• Establish metrics to measure project performance and alignment with business objectives.
• Scrum and Product Ownership Experience:
• Act as Product Owner in key projects, defining and prioritizing the product backlog.
• Implement Scrum practices to facilitate team organization and coordination.
• Lead daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Operational Leadership:
• Be a natural leader capable of guiding and motivating the operational team to achieve project goals.
• Resolve conflicts and make strategic decisions to ensure project success.
• Foster effective collaboration between technical teams and stakeholders.
• Technical Knowledge:
• Collaborate with technical teams to understand challenges and offer viable solutions.
• Leverage your software and technology knowledge to communicate effectively with developers and IT teams.
• International Travel:
• Availability to travel abroad as needed for client meetings, project presentations, or critical implementation phases.
• Must possess a valid visa for international travel.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Project Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience:
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in software development, preferably within the insurance industry.
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, Scrum, and product ownership (Product Owner).
• Experience in defining processes, creating flowcharts, and working with diagramming tools such as Visio or Lucidchart.
• Certifications:
• Relevant certifications such as Product Owner (CSPO) or Scrum Master (CSM) are highly valued.
• PMP or project management certifications are desirable.
• Skills and Key Competencies:
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to perform process analysis and create technical documentation.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Availability for international travel and a valid visa.
