OVERVIEW:
As the Project Manager, Sales & Marketing, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing all aspects of our commercial administrative operations to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with business goals. You will work closely with the VP of Sales, the sales and marketing leaders, and various other departments to streamline processes, implement best practices, and drive results. Your role will involve sales & marketing budget management, project management, deck creation, event planning, and continuous improvement initiatives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the planning and execution of assigned and shared projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and resources are effectively managed.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, track progress, and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
- Manage special projects such as partnership or other collaborations when applicable.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all sales & marketing budget forecast and reconciliation on a regular basis.
- Act as a liaison between Finance, Accounts Payable, Procurement, and external partners to facilitate clear communication and achieve timely and accurate payment.
- Manage Coupa and ensure timely and accurate submission of invoices and the teams’ credit card needs.
- Submit new vendor or any changes in vendor status in Coupa.
- Identify opportunities to improve operation processes and workflows for enhanced efficiency and productivity.
- Implement protocols to simplify vendor invoicing process.
- Prepare regular reports and decks for reoccurring meetings, ad hoc meetings, and any other presentation materials.
- Coordinate internal team events.
- Submit monthly expense reports on behalf of VP .
- Book travel on behalf of VP.
- Manage calendar on behalf of VP .
- Coordinate corporate gifting as needed.
- Assist with VIP customer engagement as needed.
- Order, tag, ship samples.
- Facilitate effective communication within the sales & marketing teams and with other departments
- Provide training and support to new team members on processes, tools, and systems
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proven experience in project management and budgeting with at least 3 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of the Sales and/or Marketing operations.
- Strong leadership skills, can inspire and motivate teams to achieve results.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially with Excel and is proficient in Pivot Table and other analytical tools. Power Point skills must be strong and can create dynamic presentations.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication (both written & verbal), interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
The base salary range for this position is $90,000-$120,000 per year which represents the current range for the base salary for this exempt position. Please note that actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. As such, on occasion and when applicable, there is the possibility that the final, agreed-upon base salary may be outside of the upper end of the range. Please also note the range listed is just one component of the company’s total rewards package for exempt employees. Other rewards may include performance bonuses, long term incentives, a PTO policy, and many other progressive benefits.
