You will:
- Create valid methodologies for analysis and effectively lead teams in discussions, brainstorming sessions, share ideas and guide analysis;
- Lead the discussions with clients and challenge them to create high quality results for their business;
- Define project objectives, proactively manage resources, finances and time, delegate projects tasks to the team;
- Coach junior team members, share experience and create learning opportunities for them within projects.
Requirements:
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, Politics, Finance or a related subject and 3-4 years working experience, including experience managing teams and projects;
- You have developed advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word skills;

- You feel comfortable with English as your main working language, both verbal and written;
- You have fluent level of Polish language;
