We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Chief of Staff to join our team! The ideal candidate is a recent college graduate with a passion for technology and project management. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business goals. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Execution
• Partner with the VP of Mobility to develop and implement business strategies.
• Track and drive execution of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Identify and address key business challenges, providing data-driven recommendations.
Leadership & Decision Support
• Serve as a strategic advisor and sounding board to the VP of Mobility on critical business decisions.
• Assist in prioritizing and managing key mobility initiatives.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and analysis to support executive decision-making.
Project & Program Management
• Oversee and coordinate high-priority projects within the mobility division.
• Manage cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless collaboration between departments.
• Monitor key performance metrics and report progress to leadership.
Operational Efficiency & Process Improvement
• Streamline workflows, processes, and internal operations to enhance productivity.
• Implement best practices for reporting, tracking, and accountability.
• Identify inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Communication & Stakeholder Engagement
• Act as a liaison between the VP of Mobility and internal/external stakeholders.
• Ensure clear and effective communication across teams and leadership.
• Facilitate executive meetings, prepare briefings, and track follow-ups.
Desires Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Telecommunications, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, operations, or leadership roles, preferably within telecom or technology sectors.
- Strong understanding of the mobility/telecommunications industry, including trends and competitive landscape.
- Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and drive execution.
- Experience with financial analysis, forecasting, and performance tracking.
This position has a base compensation package offered at $110,000-125,000 commensurate with education and background experience.
