Flowserve is looking for a Project Manager (M/F/T) for Continuous Improvement Processes (CIP) at the Ettlingen site at the earliest possible start date. In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation and support of the CIP business unit.
Your tasks:
- Management and implementation of small and medium-sized CIP projects as well as supporting large CIP projects aimed at quality and processing time improvement, cost reduction and customer satisfaction.

Your profile:
- Completed bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or in a comparable field
- At least 2 years of experience in the manufacturing industry
- Confident project management skills (DMAIC, Lean Management)
- Fluency in written and spoken German
- Business fluency in written and spoken English
- Fundamental SAP R/3 knowledge
- Confident MS Office skills
