  • As a project manager, you lead an interdisciplinary project team with the goal of digitalizing the engineering system of the Home Comfort Group.
  • You will run, motivate and develop the team, creating a collaborative and high-performance work environment that supports the goals of the digitalization project.
  • In close collaboration with key stakeholders, you develop the digitalization strategy for engineering as well as its interfaces, considering development processes, methods and tooling.
  • Also, you will conceptualize the transformation project and its sub-initiatives/projects, defining the IT development plan.
  • Furthermore, you design and implement change management strategies to promote the acceptance as well as integration of new digital technologies and processes throughout the engineering organization.
  • You will define as well as monitor project schedules, budgets and deliverables to ensure successful as well as timely completion of the overall project and all sub-initiatives.
  • Finally, you build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leadership, engineering leaders, development teams as well as key technology partners.

Qualifikationen

  • Education: completed degree in Engineering, Computer Science or comparable
  • Experience and Knowledge: several years of experience in leading projects in digital engineering or a related environment; deep understanding of development strategies as well as methodologies and good knowledge in all relevant engineering domains; experience in change management and successful implementation of change processes in a technical environment; extensive knowledge in the application and implementation of relevant software solutions; experience in stakeholder management
  • Personality and Working Practice: you are a communicative person with strong leadership-skills and the ability to inspire and motivate interdisciplinary teams towards a common goal; you think in a analytical and strategic manner and have a solution-oriented approach to work with the ability to identify, consolidate and implement solutions for complex requirements
  • Enthusiasm: passion for technology, innovation and transformation
  • Languages: fluent in German and English
