We are looking for a Digital Project Manager who will lead full lifecycle digital transformation projects from inception to implementation using agile methodologies. You will organize, initiate, implement, and manage project plans for our clients.

What you’ll do:
- Portfolio management and accuracy in agency revenue projections
- Responsible for planning of work in coordination with subject matter experts.
- Accountable to delivery best practices
- Program level decision making based on margin and revenue data
- Work in tandem with the Service Delivery Manager on escalations
- Demonstrate ability to lead and motivate teams and to apply skills and techniques to solve problems strategically
- Develop and implement process improvements

- Displays confidence when leading a conversation with willingness to have and share a point of view even if it's an unpopular opinion
- Confident working and coordinating work in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies as appropriate based on client needs
What you bring:
- A minimum of 5 years client-facing digital project management experience.
- A minimum of 2 years agency/consultancy experience.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience managing large scale website projects that include discovery, strategy, user experience, creative design, front end development, website development, QA, deployments, and maintenance.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Ability to earn SCRUM certification within 90 days.
