Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager IT to lead and manage IT projects that drive digital transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will possess strong leadership and technical capabilities, and a passion for delivering successful outcomes through effective project management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop project plans, timelines, in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration among members.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and implement necessary changes to achieve project goals.
- Facilitate project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding project status.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices in project management.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency within project management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in IT project management.
- PMP certification or similar project management certification is preferred.
- Experience with methodologies such as Waterfall, Scrum ...
- Strong understanding of project management tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset.
- Proficient in English is a plus
- Experience with SAP is mandatory, SAP S/$ a plus
- Proficiency in tools like Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project is advantageous.
