We're looking for a Project Manager who will be a professional to oversee and coordinate the implementation and migration of Information Management (IM) platforms.
Your key responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Lead Implementation & Migration Activities: Oversee and coordinate local implementation, alignment between systems and/or migration of Information Management (IM) platforms, ensuring alignment with business needs and regulatory requirements.
- Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, track progress, and ensure timely follow-ups to drive project success.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate closely with local functions, IT teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth integration and adoption of IM platforms.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Establish and track departmental KPIs, maintain budget overviews, and create reports and presentations to ensure project transparency and accountability.
- Process & Data Management: Support the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to monitor system effectiveness and compliance.
- Business Project Leadership: Drive business projects by ensuring the timely, efficient, and high-quality delivery of project outcomes that contribute to regulatory digitalization and automation initiatives.
- Operational Transition & System Integration: Ensure that all necessary processes are in place for a seamless transition from project phase to operational mode, collaborating closely with key functional teams.
- Regulatory & Compliance Alignment: Ensure adherence to GMP regulations, industry best practices, and internal policies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance business processes, improve data quality, and optimize system efficiency to support long-term digital transformation goals.
- Delivery of High-Quality Project Outcomes: Ensure that all project deliverables meet business objectives, compliance standards, and strategic priorities, contributing to overall organizational success.
What you will bring to the role:
- University degree in any field or life science, Information Management or other relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in highly regulated businesses or Pharmaceutical.
- Fluent in English, knowledge of local language not mandatory.

We offer a temporary contract with the possibility of extension for an indefinite period with a probationary period of 6 months.
