As a Project Manager you will ensure the successful delivery of software projects by managing timelines, enhancing communication, and organizing effective ways of working. You will play a key role in coordinating all phases of product launches, collaborating with product owners and technical leaders to streamline and improve processes, and deliver functionalities to our customers on time.
Purpose, Scope and Responsibilities:
- Lead Project Execution: Ensure projects are completed on time and within scope, while maintaining clear and consistent communication regarding project status, updates, and potential risks to all stakeholders.
- Support in Planning Phases: Contribute to project planning by defining key milestones, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring they are realistic and achievable.
- Process Improvements: Work with product owners and technical leaders to standardize and optimize processes. Establish and monitor KPIs to track process performance and identify opportunities for further optimization.
- Coordinate Product Launches: Manage all aspects of product launches, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment across all involved teams.
- Identify and Overcome Blockers: Identify project risks and blockers; help to overcome obstacles to keep the project on track; identify and propose trade-off opportunities.
- Monitor Progress: Track milestones and adjust plans as needed for successful delivery.
Job Requirements:
- 3+ years of professional experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business/Engineering or other quantitative field.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to make trade-off decisions based on data, effectively managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills, capable of working at various levels throughout the organization.
- Proven track record of leadership with a strong emphasis on accountability and delivering results.
- Organizational management: Ability to introduce structure in complex environments.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate ideas and train others in new processes across all levels of the organization.
- Knowledge in project management tools and techniques, with preferred experience in Agile and Waterfall methodology.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of the service spare parts supply chain industry.
- Experience in managing software development projects.
- Working knowledge of JIRA and Confluence.
- Proficiency in Excel
- PMP or similar professional certification
