For our Operational Excellence Department we are currently looking for a Project Manager.

Tasks and Qualifications:
Your Responsibility:

You will lead and manage end-to-end finance transformation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and operational efficiencies.

You will analyze current financial processes to identify areas for enhancement.

You will design and implement innovative solutions with cross-functional teams.

You will develop and implement project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

You will conduct reviews and evaluations, creating reports for executive staff.

You will coordinate project teams and oversee documentation.

You will monitor progress, manage budgets, and meet deadlines.

You will mitigate risks and issues.

You will foster a culture of continuous improvement and change readiness.

You will oversee change management activities.

You will provide leadership, guidance, and support to project team members.

Your Skills and Expertise:

2+ years as a Project Manager in finance and accounting transformation.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Deep understanding of accounting processes and industry best practices.

Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Proficiency in English (C1 level).
-
Change management, negotiation, and leadership skills.
-
Relevant certifications (PMP, Prince2, Agile, Lean Six Sigma).
-
Additional foreign language skills are a plus.
