Tasks and Qualifications:

Your Responsibility:

  • You will lead and manage end-to-end finance transformation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

  • You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and operational efficiencies.

  • You will analyze current financial processes to identify areas for enhancement.

  • You will design and implement innovative solutions with cross-functional teams.

  • You will develop and implement project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.

  • You will conduct reviews and evaluations, creating reports for executive staff.

  • You will coordinate project teams and oversee documentation.

  • You will monitor progress, manage budgets, and meet deadlines.

  • You will mitigate risks and issues.

  • You will foster a culture of continuous improvement and change readiness.

  • You will oversee change management activities.

  • You will provide leadership, guidance, and support to project team members.

Your Skills and Expertise:

  • 2+ years as a Project Manager in finance and accounting transformation.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Deep understanding of accounting processes and industry best practices.

  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

  • Proficiency in English (C1 level).

  • Change management, negotiation, and leadership skills.

  • Relevant certifications (PMP, Prince2, Agile, Lean Six Sigma).

  • Additional foreign language skills are a plus.
