We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple SaaS projects tailored to the needs of our enterprise clients. This role requires a proactive approach to project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget. The Project Manager will also be the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Management:
    • Lead the planning and implementation of project initiatives.
    • Manage project scope, timelines, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
    • Organize, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings.
    • Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
    • Prepare comprehensive project plans and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Client Communication:
    • Act as the primary liaison between the company and multiple enterprise clients.
    • Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and gather feedback.
    • Present reports on progress as well as problems and solutions to stakeholders and clients.
    • Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs.
  • Team Coordination and Management:
    • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
    • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
    • Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members' individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels.
    • Conduct performance reviews of team members and identify areas of improvement.
  • Quality and Standards Adherence:
    • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
    • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
    • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant quality and regulatory guidelines.
  • Reporting:
    • Report and escalate to management as needed.
    • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven working experience (5+ years) as a project manager in the information technology sector, specifically with SaaS products.
  • Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies; PMP certification is highly desirable.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools (JIRA, Asana, Trello, etc.).
