Project Manager, Digital Customer Insights 

Job Overview 

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Senior Project Manager to lead our Digital Customer Insights initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in aligning digital metrics across our reporting platforms, transforming complex data into actionable insights for key decision-makers. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive digital analytics reporting systems 

  • Align metrics across multiple reporting platforms to ensure consistent and meaningful insights 

  • Educate leadership on digital performance metrics and their strategic implications 

  • Create clear, compelling narrative presentations that translate data into actionable business intelligence 

  • Manage cross-functional projects related to digital customer insights 

  • Identify and track critical success metrics that drive business performance 

Required Qualifications 

  • 2+ years of Project Management experience 

  • Detail-oriented professional 

  • Strong background in Marketing or Website Analytics 

  • Exceptional ability to make sense of complex data and organizational challenges 

  • Demonstrated skill in identifying and communicating key performance metrics 

Technical Skills 

  • Proficiency with analytics platforms, including:  

  • Google Analytics 

  • Fullstory 

  • Pendo 

  • Tableau 

Soft Skills 

  • Collaborative mindset 

  • Ability to navigate and clarify complex, ambiguous situations 

  • Strong storytelling skills  

  • Adept at problem solving using data as a guide 

  • Exceptional communication abilities 

  • Talent for translating technical information into digestible insights 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Previous experience managing multiple analytics platforms 

  • Background in customer experience or digital transformation initiatives
