Your Role

Hold responsibility for multiple (parallel) SAP S/4HANA deployment projects within a region

Plan, coordinate and monitor deployment activities, e.g., process design, specification and business testing

Ensure (business) project deliverables are completed on time, in quality and within budget
-
Coordinate the work of the E2E streams and provide guidance where required to drive deployment project forward
-
Identify, escalate/mitigate and resolve business related issues and risks and facilitate decision- making associated with the deployment projects

Manage communication with project stakeholders on e.g., status, design topics, decision needs, etc.

Report progress and escalation needs to business hub lead

Your Profile
-
Several years of demonstrated experience as project lead, preferably in SAP deployment transformation programs.

Experience with steering external providers, system integrators or consultancies

Proven experience and confidence in interacting with (senior) management levels

Basic understanding of E2E business processes (e.g., Lead-to-Cash)

Basic know-how of SAP S/4HANA

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Exceptional English communication skills, both spoken and written; familiarity with German or other languages is a bonus
