About the Role:
We are CrowdStrike, a fast-growing security company that protects our wide range of customers from cybersecurity attacks. The CrowdStrike CTO Project Management Team is looking for a Project Manager who is driven, eager to learn, flexible, and capable of managing large, complex and cross-functional projects in the Data Science organization. As a CTO Project Manager, your primary focus will be driving the scheduling, scoping and execution of projects, working across functional teams to ensure timely delivery against the roadmap.
What You'll Do:

Project Leadership - Support and Lead end-to-end project management initiatives within the CTO portfolio. Ensure critical issues are identified, tracked through resolution, and escalated if necessary.

Communication and Coordination - Facilitate effective communication and coordination among cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives. Serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders. Manage small to mid size project communication and status reporting. Reduce departmental silos to increase collaboration and productivity

Process Improvement - Embrace the challenge of working in an evolving and growing department. Demonstrate a passion for iteration and continuous improvement. Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within CTO processes.

Stakeholder Engagement - Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Leverage relationships to drive collaboration, problem-solving, and achievement of project goals.
What You'll Need:

3+ years of experience working in a program/project management capacity.
-
Experience owning projects, including scoping requirements in partnership with technical and strategic counterparts, planning milestones, engaging change management processes, and being an active resource for technical teams.

Team player who manages and alleviates–instead of running from–persistent obstacles, ensuring critical issues are identified, escalated when necessary, and tracked through resolution.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across functional areas, from individual contributors to senior leaders.

Able to navigate consensus-driven environments where collaboration and open communications are paramount.
-
Able to translate complex technical terms and concepts into project plans and roadmaps that are comprehensible to non-technical audiences.

Exhibits meticulous attention to detail and makes logical, timely decisions.

Demonstrates self-learning capabilities, taking initiative in a fast pace/quickly changing environment.

Experience running projects in Jira.
Bonus Points:

Experience with Project Lifecycle and Project Management methodologies like Agile, Kanban, Scrum, Scaled Agile.

Experience with/exposure to cybersecurity domain, in particular the threat landscape of nation-state/criminal actors and their varying methodology of exploitation.

Experience with/exposure to data science and/or machine learning.

The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $80,000 - $130,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits.
