We are hiring for an enthusiastic Project Manager to join our team in the New Year. As a Project Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the APAC business across the region in achieving strategic objectives through delivery of initiatives in a structured, coordinated and transparent manner.  

 

This position is designed to drive focused and consistent project execution, enabling teams to achieve impactful outcomes efficiently and effectively. The role is pivotal in streamlining projects, removing barriers, and aligning resources to deliver value across the region. 

 

Accountabilities 

  • Establish, implement, and maintain a regional project governance framework to support structured, consistent project delivery across the APAC region 

  • Provide APAC stakeholders with up-to-date visibility of key initiatives, enabling data-driven decision-making and effective prioritisation 

  • Act as a catalyst for accelerating project delivery by removing barriers, optimising resources, and ensure alignment with APAC business objectives  

  • Own and or support end-to-end delivery of business projects through all phases of delivery lifecycle from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring and closure, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with objectives  

  • Work with global and regional transformation teams, functional leads, change leads and country representatives to support the alignment and delivery of transformation programs across APAC including Benefit Realisation, Portfolio Alignment and Business Leader Engagement  

  • Leverage data-driven insights to design and implement process enhancements that streamline workflows, reduce waste, and optimise resource utilisation 

  • Partner with other PMO & Operations pillars to ensure support for long-term strategy and identify cross-functional synergies. 

 

Key Incumbent requirements 

  • Extensive experience in a business project management within a regional or multi-national context 

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional and multicultural environment. 

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data driven decisions. 

  • Experience identifying and delivering business process improvements. 

  • Effective team player with good interpersonal and communication skills 

  • Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organisation. 

  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills.  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field (Desirable) 

  • Formal Project or Program Management accreditation (Desirable)
