Ready to take the next step on your career journey? EviCore, a line of business within The Cigna Group, is hiring a Project Manager Advisor for the Claim Systems Business Solutions Team. You’ll manage the end-to-end project delivery of claims business implementation/change requests, product roadmap, strategy fulfillment, and improvement initiatives. You’ll define clear project scope and objectives, produce project schedules, manage issues and risks, organize tasks and resources, report regularly on progress, and ultimately ensure timely delivery across various projects. You’ll ensure that projects are delivered on time while continuously aligning to our core claims operations strategy of supporting our members, providers and clients through efficiency and quality.
What You’ll Do:
- Oversee the direction, coordination, implementation, and completion of projects while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments, and goals of the organization
- Provide input for on-going identification and execution of continuous improvement opportunities to improve quality, service, cost to process, productivity, and throughput capacity for claims systems supporting claim products and services
- Lead planning sessions with cross-functional teams to build project schedules for projects
- Track project performance to ensure tasks are completed on time, create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning when delays occur
- Establish project governance communication to ensure stakeholders, SMEs, and other impacted resources are updated on project goals and expectations
- Consolidate monthly reports, identify trends, and create status updates and present to various audiences
- Execute project structures within the Operating Effectiveness team to lead the change requests with detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, and status reports
- Ensure proficiency in application of continuous improvement and change request facilitation, using project management tools and methodologies suited for the project
- Collaborate with external and internal clients seeking changes within our product, processes or programs that will affect claim operations and claim systems, ensuring quality and timely execution
- Provide input and feedback to the Manager to ensure participation and buy-in from all levels of leadership to enable successful implementation of improved or newly developed processes
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required, bachelor’s Degree, preferred
- PMI Certification, or Six Sigma training, preferred
- Experience with agile methodology, project management, and documentation of business processes and software/business requirements
- 5+ years of Project Management experience, (with SDLC preferred)
- Experience in Claims Adjudication System migration/implementation or Claims Adjudication Engine enhancement
- Advanced technology skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office, Project, Visio, Confluence, and Smartsheet, required
- Proficient in planning, organization, time management, with proven ability to balance multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions, fostering strong relationships in ambiguous situations to effectively resolve complex problems
- Experience in Azure DevOps and agile work management tool
- Excellent communication (oral and written) skills, with the ability to communicate a clear vision to senior leaders
- Ability to travel to client sites as needed

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 89,300 - 148,900 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
