This role has been designed as ‘Hybrid’ with an expectation that you will work on average 2-3 days per week from an HPE office.

Job Description:
The Project Management Team Lead is people leader acting as liaison between the Project Management team and the delivery management in the Geo/countries in scope, coordinating activities and changes within PM team and is responsible and supporting the team achievement of all agreed team KPIs, thought couching and mentoring.
How you will make your mark
- Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to manage staff activities in solving common and complex business issues within established policies.
- Has accountability for results of a major program in terms of cost, direction and people management. Provides guidance on process improvements and recommends changes in alignment with business tactics and strategy for area of responsibility.
- Oversee day-to-day teams' operation and performance
- Conduct team meetings to update members on continuing expectations
- Mentors and encourages skill development of project team members
- Provides detail performance review input and development recommendations for team members
- Monitor team performance and assist team members with any issues/questions they might have
- Oversee, manage and supporting the team in achieving of the agreed KPIs.
- Being part of the management team in development of overall team strategy, budgets, resource allocation plans and participate in the decision making process concerning Geo and PM team financials including business impact
- Taking part in the recruitment and selection process and manage new hire trainings; provide on demand trainings to team members
About you:
- Bachelor of Business/ Science or equivalent degree in computer science or related area of study
- At least 5 year of project management or people management experience
- Fluent in written and verbal English. Other West EU languages are strong advantage.
- Demonstrate some in-depth knowledge of corporate organization and policies
- Good at coordinating and tracking delivery
- Proactive towards results
- Able to work under pressure and multitasking capable
- Proficiency in standard company software (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- PMP or Prince 2 certifications are strong advantage
