Job Description
Project – the aim you’ll have
PMO - administrative support for project management , Software Mind is growing, and we are looking for a PMO Specialist, who will provide administrative support for project managers and directors. Join a team of 7-8 people and become Software Minder!
Position – how you’ll contribute
- Support for managers and directors in the daily work of their teams
- Cooperation with internal departments
- Processing of internal orders
- Support for the customer invoicing process
- Preparation of reports requested by managers
- Inventory of equipment
- Support in the organization and settlement of business trips, training, conferences and integration events
- Monitoring of delegation costs and team budgets
Qualifications
Expectations – the experience you need
- Conscientiousness and responsibility
- Good work organization skills
- Knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Word and Excel
- Ability to speak and write in English at least at a B2 level
- Communicativeness, independence and a proactive attitude
- Based in Krakow or Warsaw, Rzeszow, Bielsko-Biala, and ready to join our team in person once a month at our office
