ROLE OVERVIEW:
We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in banking to lead the global deployment of our Wholesale Credit & Lending (WCL) initiatives. This role is key in managing project timelines, risk, and stakeholder alignment to ensure seamless adoption across geographies and compliance with strategic credit risk goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with Market Change Leads to create and execute project plans for WCL initiatives, ensuring deployment aligns with strategic objectives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to set and achieve project milestones, timelines, and change requirements.
- Identify risks early, create mitigation strategies, and resolve issues to maintain timelines and project quality.
- Support adoption by developing and implementing change management plans that integrate smoothly with credit risk structures.
- Prepare clear project documentation, status updates, and reports to ensure transparency with stakeholders.
KEY SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within banking.
- Experience in credit and lending initiatives is an advantage.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies, with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects across time zones.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with global teams and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to managing project risks and changes.
