Job Description
The PMO Manager will lead the Project Management Office that is responsible for creating and maintaining policies and processes to help our Product & Technology teams deliver customer value incrementally and continuously.
The PMO manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of PMO office, leading and mentoring scrum masters, providing guidance on SDLC processes, and collaborating with cross-functional leaders to manage projects and programs. The PMO manager should work with stakeholders on managing expectations and work with team members to identify and mitigate risks to deliver projects on schedule. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills along with ability to work under pressure.
Responsibilities
· Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional leaders to define, prioritize and implement projects.
· Work closely with scrum masters and team members to implement agile methodologies and best practices.
· Guide and mentor PMO team members to help their personal and professional growth.
· Coordinate with product management team on prioritizing and grooming requirements for development teams.
· Identify and mitigate risks and help eliminate roadblocks throughout the software development lifecycle.
· Develop and present project metrics and status reports to stakeholders.
· Design and perform effective retrospectives for continuous improvement of processes and teams.
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) on SAFe methodology and Software Development Lifecycle.
- Excellent leadership skills in managing distributed team members.
- Proven track-record of successfully managing complex projects and cross-functional teams.
- Good inter-personal skills and ability to work under pressure.

The salary range for this position is $150,000 – $204,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus, which will be based on the employee’s performance. Base pay may also vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The compensation package includes a wide range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits.
