Job Details

WHAT YOU’D DO:

Analysis & Insight

  • Data extraction, analysis
  • Manage projects making sure that key milestones are hit and keeping client up-to-date at all times
  • Dig deep into the data – using the enquiry software – to extract incisive and business-oriented analysis.

Client engagement

  • Responsible for managing monthly/quarterly deliverables (Reports/ PPTs) of clients and building strong relationship with them
  • Understanding client business issues & ensuring expectations are met, managing project deliverables
  • Answering clients business questions and providing solutions
  • Build meaningful conversations with client which can help in value generation for client and agency.

Responsibilities will also include:

  • Regular Interaction and coordination with Field & Operations and other relevant teams to ensure the timelines are met
  • Briefing process requirements with to Field & Operations and other relevant teams
  • Manage supplier relationships.

WHAT YOU’D BRING:

  • Degree in Business Management, Project Management or related field 
  • Able to draw insights and answer client business questions
  • Good data interpretation & analysis
  • Good communication skills in both Sinhala & English, Tamil will be an added advantage
  • Proficient in excel & PowerPoint
  • Experience in relevant field will be an added advantage.
