As part of the Information Systems (IS) Governance Team, you will help manage and improve the PMO office in Asia.
In your assignment, you will be working with the team in Singapore and across Asia to help track and manage projects, and requests that come to IS. You will also have opportunities to manage small-scale IS projects as well.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with end users and internal users to determine, track and ensure projects are delivered on time, cost and scope
- Prepare project communication materials as needed
- Actively participate in requirements gathering, planning, and daily stand-up meetings
- Identify areas of improvement and help to implement changes
Requirements:
- Degree in Information Technology or any relevant field
- Basic understanding of Information Systems would be helpful
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Project Management knowledge would be an advantage
- Commitment: Able to commit on a full-time basis for ideally 6 months (or a minimum of 5 months)
