The activities this candidate will be tasked with include, but are not limited to the following:
1. Perform onsite onboarding duties.
2. Orienting new users to the FDOT environment.
3. Assisting users with time sheet maintenance.
4. Coordinate hiring activities.
5. Conduct annual recertification activities.
6. Track training for all staff.
7. Partnership with other offices in procuring staff and services.
8. Assist in the management of consultant hours to avoid overages.
9. Key participant in annual inventory process.
10. Maintain staff telework agreements (when appropriate) and related schedule tracking.
11. Perform data validation and analysis.
12. Build reports and dashboards for analysis.
13. Participate in Peer Reviews of work product.
14. Revise and/or draft new Methods and Practices.
15. Maintain the Workplace Contingency Records for all staff.
16. Analyze and document processes.
17. Solicit stakeholder input.
18. Collect, compile, and analyze metrics for the annual scorecard.
19. Must complete daily reporting activities.
20. Lead and/or provide support on Information Technology projects.
21. Perform administrative functions including but not limited to meeting facilitation and note-taking, documentation review and maintenance, and resource coordination.
22. Handle the coordination and/or resolution of building and facility maintenance and issues.
23. Other duties as assigned.
- Experience in analyzing a situation to determine what tasks need to be completed.
- Experience in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Required.
- Experience working with ServiceNow.
- Experience in onboarding and training employees.
- Experience in constructing workflow diagrams and flow charts
- Experience working on agile project teams is highly desired.
- Experience assisting or managing small projects is highly desired.
- Experience in monitoring and facilitating audit processes.
- Experience in working with large teams (75+) to receive, monitor, and resolve issues and requests.
- Experience working with all levels of management in a professional capacity.
- Experience working in a team environment while also being independently productive.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or another related field.
