POSITION ACTIVITIES
- Be responsible for the maintenance of automation systems, technical documentation, software programming, testing and commissioning/start up at customers' facilities.
- Responsible for performing offshore field services and systems engineering for process and safety systems, HMI, instrumentation, networks, etc.
- Design moderate to complex architectures for new projects and analyze existing systems for intervention.
- Be responsible for the development stages of automation systems: requirements gathering, technical documentation/detailed design, software programming, factory testing and commissioning/start up at customers' facilities.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience as an Industrial Automation Maintenance Engineer, including application of Rockwell Automation products in projects for de O&G industry (PowerFlex, Drives, Logix Plataform, Trusted, Aadvance, PLC application development, Industrial Components, Industrial Networks among other technologies).
- Experience in field installation and commissioning of industrial automation systems and networks.
- Previous experience in industrial automation projects for O&G industry or associates areas.
- Good communication in English– oral and written.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Engineering, Technology or Technician (Industrial Automation / Electronics / Electrical or equivalent).
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
- Mandatory: Good Knowledge of Rockwell Automation Products
- 5 years or more experience.
- CREA.
- Living in Rio de Janeiro/RJ region.
- Availability to work offshore: This role will be on call for 14/21 days depending on the project.
- Expertise in O&G industry.
- Experience in Networks including Ethernet, ControlNet, DeviceNet, and other industrial networks.
- Availability to travel and work at customer sites.
- Availability to work offshore.
- Ability to handle high pressure work conditions.
- Ability to work face to face with the customer.
