Job Description

We are currently looking for a new colleague to join Renewables Poland Office of the Ignitis Renewables team, where you’ll be responsible for full cycle wind/hybrid green field project development, from securing legal rights to the land until final investment decision. You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by: 

  • Managing the full lifecycle of wind projects, including hybridisation, ensuring efficient execution and compliance 
  • Collaborating with engineering teams to design and optimise project layouts 
  • Planning and controlling project schedules and budgets to meet deadlines and cost targets 
  • Identifying and managing risks with clear communication to both internal and external stakeholders 
  • Coordinating with support teams (Urban Planning, Environmental, GIS, Community management, Grid connections) for smooth project execution 
  • Overseeing contractors and ensuring deliverables meet project goals and timelines 
  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders, including landowners, institutions, and vendors. 

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in relevant field 
  • 5+ years of experience in wind and/or solar PV projects 
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment 
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with a focus on achieving results 
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build lasting business relationships 
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, MS Project) 
  • Fluency in Polish and English for smooth local and international collaboration 
  • Knowledge of renewable energy markets, laws, and standards in Poland. Driving license required.
