Job Description
- Become the owner of various projects relevant to any/all Byborg SSC products.
- Create project delivery plans, timetables and resource allocation maps (including external dependencies).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Manage the project’s every step, handle all related communication, reporting according to requirements.
- Dynamically adjust project as needed, due to external or internal factors.
- Present to the board / owner if required.
- Deliver results on time and as per project plans.
- Ad-hoc participation in various project entrusted by the immediate supervisor.
- Deep understanding, consolidation and coordination of support processes related to new products of Byborg Enterprises.
- Creation and continuous maintenance of unified support documentation for the new products, management of changes and communication to the relevant audience.
- Close collaboration with the product compliance and SSC support teams, as well as with the stakeholders of the new products.
- Management of the transitional and takeover period on the support side for the new products, including ensuring business continuity.
- Management and supervision of support-side resources for the new products, quality control of their work and reporting main KPIs.
- Tranferring knowledge related to new products to the relevant audience and conducting trainings.
- Preparation and sharing of regular and ad-hoc reports for the immediate supervisor and the relevant stakeholders
Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent experience
- Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
- Exceptional ability to learn, to retain new information and to connect the dots for solving problems.
- C2 English level, outstanding negotiation skills.
- Able to handle high-stress short-deadline projects.
- Ability to always ask the right questions, to approach everything with a "yes, there is a solution" attitude.
- Able to compile the required information for a project and ensure everything is handled on time, even with limited or varying resources at their disposal.
- Programming skills and Microsoft PowerBI knowledge are an advantage.
