Position Description:
PingWind is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for supporting the successful execution of projects by organizing tasks, maintaining documentation, and facilitating communication among team members and stakeholders. This role plays a vital part in ensuring that projects remain on track, meet deadlines, and align with organizational goals.
Primary Responsibilities:
Typical Responsibilities/Tasks:
•Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, schedules, and task lists.
•Track project deliverables, milestones, and timelines to ensure adherence to deadlines.
•Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, or JIRA).
•Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
•Familiarity with budgeting, scheduling, and resource management concepts.
•Coordinate and prepare for meetings, including scheduling, agendas, and minutes.
•Maintain and organize project documentation, including contracts, reports, and correspondence.
•Prepare and distribute regular status updates and performance metrics to stakeholders.
•Ensure accurate and up-to-date project records for audit and compliance purposes.
•Assist in resource allocation and tracking, ensuring team members have the tools and information needed to succeed.
•Help in managing project resources, including personnel, budget, and materials.
•Assist in the procurement of project supplies and services.
