In this role, you’ll coordinate and deliver innovation-focused programs, ensuring smooth operations, strong client relations, and measurable impact.
You will:
- Plan, manage, and supervise project tasks, including operational execution and client communication;
- Create project plans, budgets, progress reports, and briefs—track implementation and performance;
- Collaborate closely with the communications team throughout each project lifecycle;
- Manage and maintain client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and responsiveness to needs;
- Measure client and event participant satisfaction and propose improvements based on feedback;
- Prepare supporting materials, summaries, and documentation;
- Engage and maintain relationships with mentors, and identify potential new partners;
- Take on additional responsibilities as assigned by partners within your scope.
Requirements:
- Experience in client relationship management and project coordination;
- Full professional proficiency in English and native Hungarian;
- Familiarity with startup ecosystems and business development methodologies;
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and general digital tools;
- Knowledge of company operations, internal procedures, and relevant legal regulations;
- A Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Innovation Management, or related field is a plus;
- An existing network in corporate and startup ecosystems is a strong advantage.
