You will:
- Preparation, management, and supervision of assigned project tasks, including customer relations and operational management;
- Developing project plans, budgets, progress reports, scenarios, and briefs, and continuously monitoring their implementation;
- Close cooperation with the communications team during project implementation;
- Maintaining client relationships and overseeing the satisfaction of client needs;
- Measuring client and event participant satisfaction;
- Proposing improvements for customer relations;
- Creating supporting materials, summaries, and concepts for projects;
- Maintaining contact with mentors and seeking out new potential mentors;
- Supervising and guiding interns;
- Carrying out any other tasks assigned by partners within their scope of authority.
Requirements:
- Experience in customer relationship management;
- Proficient in English language (negotiation level);
- Native level of Hungarian language;
- Knowledge of startup business development methodologies;
- Experience in organizing and leading projects;
- Knowledge of internal operations and all regulations and procedures of the company;
- Proficient in computer use (MS Office, email systems);
- Knowledge of relevant legal regulations;
- Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Innovation Management, or relevant field is a plus;
- Network with large companies and startup businesses is a plus.
