Information Security department

Research and investigate content that helps people make smart, informed decisions. That means the latest technology and insights on cybersecurity, product reviews, and helpful consumer advice.

You

A detail-oriented person who loves to coordinate and ensure all processes are going smoothly. Interested in information security and cybersecurity topics would be considered as a plus.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

• Manage project scope, goals and deliverables, ensuring project and task deadlines are met
• Ensuring required tasks are assigned and completed in a correct manner and on time using project & task management tools (Click Up)
• Monitor project & task completion progress, proactively providing timely updates to stakeholders
• Establish and maintain excellent relationships and communication with the freelance researchers, be the first person to answer their questions
• Ensure we always have a good pool of freelancers to work with
• Clearly communicate and delegate assignments to the researchers and ensure the tasks are both completed on time and within the agreed budget
• Support Head of the department with administrative tasks (invoices, payments)
• Support and closely collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project processes, including information security, editorial,content distribution and commercial content

WE EXPECT YOU TO HAVE

• Experience in coordinating or project management
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with diverse teams
• Ability to react quickly as well as analyze and solve problems
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong decision-making abilities
• Self-driven and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
• Advantage - task management tool, novice in spreadsheets, some knowledge of responsible disclosure guidelines

GROSS SALARY

• Salary is 1810 - 2310 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and competencies
