We are looking for a competent Project Coordinator to provide day-to-day oversight of administrative and operational functions in order to achieve project sustainability and success in accordance with defined strategies and goals.
Your Area of Focus
- Manage small to midsize projects independently and assist with large scale projects
- Assist with project intake by reviewing documentation, identifying goals and outlining requirements
- Create, maintain and organize project documentation, including project folders and templates
- Initiate and assign projects and tasks
- Coordinate, schedule, track and monitor project activities
- Develop project reporting through collecting, processing, and managing a variety of quantitative and qualitative data
- Develop presentations, charts, and graphs as requested
- Provide meeting management, communication, documentation and follow-up between project managers and stakeholders
- Identify improvements to existing processes needed to support project/program/portfolio management
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with project manager and stakeholders
- Conduct post-project evaluations to assess outcomes and identify lessons learned
Your Professional Qualifications
- Associate Degree in a related field preferred
- 2+ years experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Analyst, or related work experience required
- Ability to effectively coordinate and work on multiple tasks simultaneously in a highly deadline-driven environment
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent critical thinking, time management, and organizational skills
- Experience with project management processes, tools, and software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, data analysis experience a plus
- Experience with CRM and data visualization software a plus
