We are looking for a competent Project Coordinator to provide day-to-day oversight of administrative and operational functions in order to achieve project sustainability and success in accordance with defined strategies and goals.

Your Area of Focus

  • Manage small to midsize projects independently and assist with large scale projects
  • Assist with project intake by reviewing documentation, identifying goals and outlining requirements
  • Create, maintain and organize project documentation, including project folders and templates
  • Initiate and assign projects and tasks 
  • Coordinate, schedule, track and monitor project activities
  • Develop project reporting through collecting, processing, and managing a variety of quantitative and qualitative data
  • Develop presentations, charts, and graphs as requested 
  • Provide meeting management, communication, documentation and follow-up between project managers and stakeholders
  • Identify improvements to existing processes needed to support project/program/portfolio management
  • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies in collaboration with project manager and stakeholders 
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to assess outcomes and identify lessons learned

Your Professional Qualifications

  • Associate Degree in a related field preferred 
  • 2+ years experience as a Project Coordinator, Project Analyst, or related work experience required
  • Ability to effectively coordinate and work on multiple tasks simultaneously in a highly deadline-driven environment
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Excellent critical thinking,  time management, and organizational skills
  • Experience with project management processes, tools, and software
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, data analysis experience a plus 
  • Experience with CRM and data visualization software a plus
