About the Role

As a Project Coordinator, you’ll fill a new and exciting role working across the entire customer organization! You’ll be tasked with supporting the implementation, coordination, and management of technology projects across the Customer Success organization. This role is responsible for assisting with planning, scheduling, tracking progress, and communicating updates to stakeholders, ensuring that project goals and objectives are met within specified timeframes and budgets. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple projects simultaneously.

Your Area of Focus

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of technology projects.
  • Work with managers to develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Track project deliverables, timelines, and budgets, ensuring alignment with project goals.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including status reports, project plans, meeting notes, and risk/issue logs.
  • Update stakeholders on project progress, status changes, and milestones.
  • Create presentations and reports to communicate project updates and performance metrics.
  • Serve as a point of contact for project teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
  • Facilitate communication between internal departments and external partners.
  • Schedule and organize project meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure follow-up on action items.
  • Identify project risks and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
  • Document and escalate issues as needed to maintain project timelines and quality.
  • Identify opportunities for improving project processes, workflows, and communication.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement process improvements.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements

Your Professional Qualifications

  • Required: 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or management, ideally in a business systems or technology environment.
  • Required: Proficiency in project management software (preferably Jira) and Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
  • Nice-to-have: Experience working in or with a customer success organization
  • Strong skills with attention to details
  • Ability to work with ample autonomy 
  • Versed in best practices for cross functional collaboration 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Familiarity with business systems (ERP, CRM) and basic understanding of business operations preferred.
  • Additional duties as assigned by the management team
