The Opportunity
In this role, you will facilitate and support the quality and timely attestation and receipt of invoices, generate service requisitions, and support team initiatives. You will interface with project controls, project managers, subject matter experts, finance teams, supply chain, eCommerce, and external suppliers.
What you’ll do

Interface with internal stakeholders and external suppliers on rate management per contract terms stipulated in the agreement/Release Order pertaining to invoice quality

Create service requisitions and help maintain purchase orders (POs)

Validate invoices for accuracy as part of payment process
-
Assist in the process to facilitate/resolve escalated problems
-
Adapt and apply procedures on medium complex and multifaceted matters
-
Provide support for external communications regarding policy, issue identification and required next steps

Work to establish relationships with key vendors
-
Support vendors on process and technology requirements
-
Use MS office and SAP daily.
Minimum Qualifications
-
4 years of Project Support experience
-
Proven knowledge of Cost Controlling methods
-
Strong written and oral communication skills
-
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
-
Experience with Excel spreadsheets, word processing and database software, proficient in use of PC, willingness to use and learn current and future systems/applications
Preferred Qualifications
-
Knowledge and experience with project and portfolio management processes, policies and principles
-
Experience with SAP
-
Cost reports and forecast experience
-
Post-Secondary education in a related field.
