Your new role 

As a Project Controller (m/f/d), you will be part of a strong, collegial team with flat hierarchies. You can expect a modern, innovative working environment with an open communication culture. Together with your colleagues, you will support project managers (m/f/d) in the financial implementation of small and large projects worldwide. Your main responsibilities will include: 

  • Providing financial advice and support to our project managers in the commercial execution of projects across all phases of the project life cycle, including assisting project managers in the preparation of offers and variation orders. 

  • Ensuring accurate revenue recognition and cost recording on projects. 

  • Conducting project monitoring and regular project reviews, supporting the improvement of project profitability and project cash flow 

  • Preparing project reporting and risk assessments 

  • Implementing and optimizing local and global processes 

  • Optimizing project working capital 

About you: 

  • Completed degree in economics or a related field 

  • At least 3 years of experience in project controlling, preferably with large-scale projects (order volume > 2 million euros) 

  • Good knowledge of accounting according to HGB and IFRS 

  • Certification in project management (e.g., PMI, IPMA) is an advantage 

  • Proficiency in MS Office applications 

  • Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
