Our Newest Opportunity: 

The Project Manager/Managing Consultant is responsible for the overall management of their assigned book of business, as well as management of Due Diligence Projects. They work closely and collaboratively with the internal

service team to ensure Due Diligence project deliverables meet and exceed expectations. They will help govern relationships with Private Equity and M&A Clientele.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

· Manages and maintains assigned book of business

· Project Manager of Due Diligence workflow process

· Relationship Manager of the Private Equity contacts

· Serves in an advisory capacity for clients; and prepared to provide additional customer service to private

equity contact(s) for special project work, analysis, etc. on an as needed basis

· Provide department updates, processes and trainings to team members on an as-needed basis

· Delegates work assignments to internal service team members

· Manage the entire renewal process

· Manages day to day client issues

· Provides leadership within the extended service team

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:

· Must be self-motivated and disciplined

· Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Possess strong organizational skills

· Must be very detail-oriented

· Demonstrate leadership capabilities

· Ability to work with clients at a strategic level

· Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment

Education, Training and Experience:

· 5+ years’ experience in account management or in a consultative role, required

· Prior experience working with Private Equity firms either in a due diligence or client capacity

· Current Life and Health license, required

· Thorough knowledge of health and ancillary products; required

· Working knowledge of all Microsoft Office products; required

· Bachelor’s Degree, preferred

· Experience with database applications, a plus.

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
