Join us at Karo Healthcare on our exciting journey. We're currently looking for a Project & Change Manager for our office in Stockholm.

Responsibilities:

Project Management & Execution 

  • Lead Projects: Oversee data projects from start to finish, ensuring they align with business goals and are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. 
  • Develop Plans: Create project roadmaps, timelines and KPIs, and track progress. 
  • Collaboration: Work with data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to align priorities and ensure successful execution. 

 Change Management & Adoption 

  • Drive Adoption: Ensure new data tools and processes are effectively adopted across the organization. 
  • Change Strategies: Develop and implement communication, training, and engagement plans. 
  • Work with Teams: Collaborate with departments like Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Operations and Digital to embed data-driven decision-making. 

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication 

  • Liaison: Act as a key contact between the Data & Analytics team and business teams, ensuring alignment on priorities. 
  • Translate Data: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Facilitate Workshops: Lead training and workshops to drive awareness and adoption. 

Process Improvement & Best Practices 

  • Continuous Improvement: Drive improvements in project delivery and change management processes. 
  • Best Practices: Establish best practices for project governance and reporting. 
Requirements

Experience & Background 

  • 5+ years in Project Management and/or Change Management: Preferably within data & analytics, IT, or digital transformation. 
  • Agile Project Management: Proven experience with agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban and using tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana. 
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Strong understanding of analytics and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI) and how they contribute to business outcomes. 
  • Stakeholder Management: Experience working across multiple departments and managing stakeholder expectations, ensuring alignment between business and technical teams. 
  • Change Enablement: Proven ability to manage and support organizational change, especially related to adopting new tools, processes, and technologies. 
  • Industry Experience: Preferably experience in industries like consumer healthcare, FMCG, or regulated sectors, where data governance is crucial. 

Education 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree: Ideally in a related field such as Business Administration, IT, Data Science, or Engineering. 
  • Certifications: Project Management certifications are preferred.
