About the Role
We are seeking a Project Architect to lead projects from concept to completion, with a strong emphasis on building and expanding client relationships, identifying new opportunities, and leading project teams to deliver exceptional results. This role offers the unique opportunity to shape the future of our firm while creating meaningful connections with clients and the broader community.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership: Oversee the design and execution of architectural projects, ensuring alignment with client goals, budgets, and schedules.
Business Development: Actively seek out and develop new client relationships, building a strong network to expand our firm’s portfolio.
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain long-term partnerships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of designers and technical staff, fostering collaboration, creativity, and professional growth.
Strategic Growth: Collaborate with leadership to shape the firm’s business development strategy and contribute to its overall success.
Design Excellence: Champion innovative and thoughtful design solutions that reflect our firm’s values and commitment to quality.
Qualifications
Licensed architect with 8+ years of professional experience in architectural design, project management, and client development.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to identify and address client needs effectively.
Existing base of client relationships and proven track record of building and sustaining strong client relationships, with a focus on business development and new project acquisition.
Experience leading project teams and mentoring junior staff.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for contributing to the firm’s growth and long-term success.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Revit, SketchUp, Bluebeam).
