This role is responsible for supporting business needs in the various stages of implementation involving the configuration of new products, channel, dealer or renewals of existing customers in corporate systems, monitoring and supporting demands from the business area and execute the tests using artificial intelligence, robot configuration. 

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

  • Lead the organization of the project, ensuring that the deliverables (time and quality) are met by each of the areas involved.
  • Identify risks and mitigating factors during the project.
  • Support and be the referent for all the teams involved in each project.
  • Negotiate with the internal and external client to achieve the best options for the project, proposing functional, minimum and feasible programs that can be tested and subsequently increased.
  • Manage the obstacles that do not allow to achieve the results.
  • Provide status reports. 
  • Monitor projects and adjust when necessary.
  • Understanding the product description needed by business and execute the configuration in corporate systems.
  • Run automated tests by artificial intelligence.
  • Robot Configuration for tests via Artificial Intelligence.
  • Actively participating in business meetings to understand the expansion of opportunities with existing and new Dealers.
  • Maintaining excellent communication among the different company departments for the realization of the projects.
  • Collaborate with Deadlines stablished by business to launch new products and implement new clients.
  • Risks identification and control.

What are the requirements needed for this position? 

  • Computer/System Engineer or Degree
  • Minimum of 3 years project management experience
  • Project manager certification
  • Product Configuration Experience
  • Knowledge of technology and systems
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change
  • Artificial Intelligence Knowledge
  • Intermediate English (desirable)
  • Scrum, Agile, SQL Server, Java, Visual Basic, Soap UI, etc. (desirable Knowledge)
  • Desirable three years of experience in positions such as testing or implementations.
